Most of our services are delivered with no extra charges to our customers. However, Career Alliance fee structure varies according to experience and skills required, education, type of position, type of employer, and location.

As a high-caliber employer, our fees tend to be higher that our competition. We spend an inordinate amount of time recruiting, selecting and screening candidates so that you don’t have to. Typically, our candidates for staff augmentation assignments are significantly “over qualified”.

How Business Rates Are Calculated

For those client companies who do not need or want a comprehensive recruitment strategy, Career Alliance provides retained and contingency search services.

Retained search services are utilized to identify highly-compensated candidates. The fee is negotiated and divided into three phases: 1) at the beginning of the recruitment assignment; 2) after candidates are identified, screened and interviewed; and 3) after the successful candidate is hired.

Contingency search services are utilized for all types of positions, with some exceptions, when retained search would be better. Fees are charged only when you hire a referred candidate on a temporary or direct hire basis. This type of service may be exclusive or non-exclusive.
