Career Alliance conducts comprehensive employment screenings for our candidates.  The screening includes but is not limited to Education Verification, Employment Verification, Criminal Reports, and Employment Credit Reports for all accounting candidates.

Our reference checking tactics not only confirm an applicant's past job successes and reliability but also evaluate their attitudes toward work, job satisfaction and adaptability to new situations.  A final goal of the reference checking process is to have the reference give the name of another reference has not pre-conditioned by the applicant.
